A、General Principles

B、Term of Maintenance

The entire vehicle is warranted for one year from the date of shipment from our company or for 5,000 kilometers of driving (whichever comes first).

C、No Warranty Coverage

1. Vehicle used for competitions, road tests, or sold at discounted prices by our company (with a corresponding statement at the time of purchase) are not covered by the warranty.

2. Vehicles that exceed the warranty period or warranty mileage limit.

3. Damage caused by the user's failure to use, maintain, and service the vehicle according to the requirements in the "Operation and Maintenance Manual," such as abnormal wear or damage resulting from the use of inferior oil, gasoline, or lubricants, or from the lack of regular lubrication when it is required, will not be covered by the warranty.

4. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification by non-approved service personnel is not covered under our warranty.

5. Damage and malfunction caused by force majeure or chemical corrosion, such as damage to paint or components resulting from earthquakes, landslides, industrial exhaust, improper cleaning agents, or traffic accidents, is not covered.
